Hello Camp Families,

Thank you to everyone who registered for the 2024 Summer Season. Registration for our 2024 Summer Camp Sessions is now closed!

There is a $75 non-refundable registration fee. Campers will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. There may be a limited number of spaces available each session for campers requiring 1:1 support.

As we are moving our registration to February this season, we will not yet have hired all of our staff by the registration date. We will be accepting applicants based on our staffing numbers at that point in time. This means we will likely have a larger waitlist than previous summers, and will accept campers from the waitlist as we build our staff capacity. You will receive an acceptance or waitlist letter within 4 weeks of registering.

This coming summer, we will be changing the schedule of our sessions to increase the quantity of campers we are able to serve. The dates for the 2024 summer season are listed below:

    • Day Camp Week 1: 6/24-6/28

    • Residential Week 2&3: 6/30-7/12

    • Residential Week 4: 7/14-7/19

    • Residential Week 5: 7/21-7/26

    • Residential Week 6: 7/28-8/2

    • Residential Week 7: 8/4-8/9

    • Residential Week 8: 8/11-8/16

    • Day Camp Week 9: 8/19-8/23

We will be moving our registration process to CampBrain – a management software that is designed specifically for summer camp registrations. This will:

    • Allow camp families to make an account and view their submitted registrations and required paperwork at any time which will include the status of their paperwork, keeping you in the know of outstanding items.

    • Allow camp families to register multiple campers at the same time.

    • Allow camp families to log in and view their invoice alongside their application once accepted.

    • Allow camp families to pay all camp costs directly through the system.

    • Allow camp administration to more easily assist families in completing registration if needed.

    • Allow camp administration to review and process applications more quickly assisting in a more timely notification process to families.

In future seasons, your camper’s information will still be in our system reducing the need to enter it again. Your place in registration will be based on your login time as opposed to your submission time, allowing 30 minutes to complete the application without losing your ‘spot in line’.

The registration questions will be very similar to previous years. However there will be some additional information we will need at the time of registration. Please make sure you have the following information available:

    • If funded by DDD or PerformCare, please have your camper’s ID number ready
        • DDD – MIS number (6 digits) see your Support Coordinator for assistance

        • PerformCare – Cyber ID number

    • If funded by DDD, please have your camper’s DDD tier available.

    • At least one emergency contact’s name and phone number.
